Pull-A-Plane

New to Plane Fun 2003 was the PULL-A-PLANE event.  EAA 582 teamed up with Bittersweet farms  to make this one of Toledo's first such event.  10 teams took their turn at rope , to see who could pull this 36,00lb Citation X the fastest.  A distance of 60 ft was the benchmark and each team had two shots with the rope.

Pull a Plane Soars

On June 14th, Bittersweet Farms teamed up with Local EAA 582 to host a Pull a Plane Competition. The event took place as part of the EAA 582’s annual Fly In. After raising funds to participate, teams of six were timed to see how quick they could pull Citation 10 Corporate Jet 60 feet.

The winners of the event were Whitenburg College, with a pull time of 19.7 seconds.
