Chapter 582 Hangar See more Hangar pictures in our Photo Gallery! The Ground Breaking for OUR chapter facility has taken place!
And the work parties have started!
EVERYONE IN THE CHAPTER OWES THIS CREW A HEARTFELT THANK YOU!!! For all their hard work in erecting our hangar shell in ONE DAY!
The Saturday morning breakfast for the work party starting on October 1st are
going to be at "The Skillet" in Walbridge. (directions on the
Breakfast page) The time will be 7:15, 7:30'ish by
the owners request. Bob Robson has talked to the owner and they are looking
forward to serving the Chapter. Apparently The Avenue Cafe' (Wally's) is closed again.
The Skillet is located on the south east corner of the main intersection of
Walbridge. I hope everyone gets this notice but I assume those who don't will be
showing up and going to the hanger. Please lend a hand when ever possible,
there is a lot of work ahead.
The Lease Agreement with the Port Authority has been signed... The stakes have been placed... And the EAA Chapter 582 Hanger has been ORDERED!
The colors chosen are Evergreen with Sagebrush Tan trim.
